What's covered
- Extended Dodom warranty of 18 months from delivery, which extends the protection of Law 358-05 (Arts. 66–70), against manufacturing defects in the Jute sack.
- Confirmed defect: replacement or refund of the amount paid.
What's not covered
- Any damage or deterioration unrelated to the manufacturing of the Jute sack, such as damage resulting from use, normal wear and tear, or external causes, including force majeure.
