What's covered
- Extended Dodom warranty of 18 months from delivery, which extends the protection of Law 358-05 (Arts. 66–70), against manufacturing defects in the Manual tensioner for plastic strapping (PP and PET).
- Confirmed defect: replacement or refund of the amount paid.
What's not covered
- Any damage or deterioration unrelated to the manufacturing of the Manual tensioner for plastic strapping (PP and PET), such as damage resulting from use, normal wear and tear, or external causes, including force majeure.
