We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you aren't, we make it easy.
How it works
- From your customer account, open the order and click Start return. If you prefer, write to us at devoluciones@dodom.com.
Easy deadlines
- Cancellation before delivery: up to 3 business days from your purchase.
- After receipt: you have 7 business days to request an exchange or return.
*Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Item condition
For exchanges by convenience (no defect), the product must arrive unused, complete and with original packaging and accessories.
Costs and logistics
- When a refund applies (defect/non-conformity), we will issue it via the original payment method or the method agreed with you in writing.
