We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you aren't, we make it easy.

How it works

  1. From your customer account, open the order and click Start return. If you prefer, write to us at devoluciones@dodom.com.

Easy deadlines

  • Cancellation before delivery: up to 3 business days from your purchase.
  • After receipt: you have 7 business days to request an exchange or return.

*Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

Item condition

For exchanges by convenience (no defect), the product must arrive unused, complete and with original packaging and accessories.

Costs and logistics

  • When a refund applies (defect/non-conformity), we will issue it via the original payment method or the method agreed with you in writing.
