Does it hold heavy moving boxes, or only light parcels?

For standard and medium-weight boxes it covers without issue with H-pattern sealing (3 transverse strips and 2 longitudinal) on standard-thickness corrugated cardboard. For excessively heavy boxes with dense contents (large quantities of books, tools, compact appliances), apply several layers and reinforce the bottom — the limit is in the cardboard's tear resistance, not the tape. For prolonged storage with weight, check the seal periodically.

Does the tape turn yellow over time in storage?

Under normal storage conditions (indoors, no direct sun, room temperature), virgin BOPP keeps its transparency for months without yellowing. Color degradation appears mainly with prolonged UV exposure or with combined high heat and humidity. What's the difference between professional BOPP tape and a budget roll of the same size?

Does it withstand ambient humidity and condensation in storage?

Once applied and pressed firmly on dry cardboard, the tape resists ambient humidity and moderate condensation without lifting — the typical condition of warehouses in DR's tropical climate. The critical moment is application: if the box is wet, dusty or greasy, initial adhesion is poor and the tape lifts within days. For maximum grip, always apply on clean, dry cardboard at room temperature.
